Custom & bespoke design terms
Our custom design tools — including the bracelet builder, its interface, artwork, previews, and any design codes it generates — are the proprietary property of SofiaDesignsBoutique.
Designs you create with our tools are intended solely for one-of-a-kind pieces handcrafted to order by SofiaDesignsBoutique. By creating and submitting a design you agree that:
- You will not reproduce, or have reproduced, designs created with our tools through any other manufacturer or for commercial resale.
- The tools, generated previews, and design codes may not be copied, scraped, reverse-engineered, or redistributed.
- We may decline or cancel any request at our discretion.
Every custom piece is made by hand in our studio, cleansed and charged before it ships, and may vary slightly from the on-screen sketch. Questions? Reach us via our Contact page.
