Every order ships from Sofia's studio within 3 business days. Worldwide tracked shipping — free for US orders over $30, worldwide over $120.
Do you process orders on weekends?
Sofia processes orders and replies to inquiries every day, weekends included. Physical shipping pauses over the weekend and resumes Monday morning.
Can I request a custom piece?
Yes. Write to Sofia with your intention, birthstone, or the person you're gifting to — she'll draft something for you, no obligation.
My piece arrived damaged. What do I do?
Reply to your order confirmation email with a photo. We'll replace it free within 30 days, no questions.
How do I care for my crystal jewelry?
Every stone has slightly different care needs. Read our care guide in the Journal for cleansing rituals, storage tips, and full-moon practice — or write to Sofia about your specific piece and she'll walk you through it.
